  • Simply have your applicant sign our 'authorization form',
  • Attach the authorization form to your applicant application;

  • We request you view the applicant's identification before submitting.

FOR PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS

All information is kept confidential.

How we bill: We either charge your credit card or invoice when we complete an order. You only pay for the information you request. However we must have valid payment information on file to conduct business with you.

Results: Results will be emailed or faxed.
